For Your Quality of Life

WATER: WHAT DOES IT DO?

To attain and/or maintain a healthy body, every adult should drink at least 8-10 glasses of water each day in order to supply our thirsty organs with sufficient water. We need water , because normally:

  • Your mouth requires up to a liter and a half of water a day - to produce sufficient saliva to activate the digestive process when you chew;

  • Your stomach requires copious amounts of water to produce its essential, very powerful digestive juices;· Your liver requires about one and one half liters of water per day— to produce the vitally necessary bile for the digestion of fats and oils; and

  • Your blood requires regular infusions of large amounts of water if it’s to maintain the proper degree of viscosity (not too thick/not too thin) for the heart to efficiently pump hundreds of gallons of blood (each day) the full length of its thousand-miles-long pipeline—delivering life-giving oxygen and nutrients and removing tons of toxic waste.
